Welcome to Wan Ling Yang Photography. By purchasing any photographs (“Content”) from our website, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service:

1. License for Personal Use Only

When you purchase a photograph from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, personal-use license. This means:

· You may:

· Use the photograph for personal use.

· Print it for personal display (e.g., in your home).

· Use it on your personal social media account (with credit to the photographer), or as a personal gift.

· You may not:

· Sell, sublicense, distribute, or share the image for profit or commercial purposes.

· Use the photograph in advertising, marketing, business branding, or merchandise.

· Modify or alter the image for commercial use.

2. Commercial Use Prohibited Without Written Permission

If you wish to use any photograph for commercial purposes, you must first obtain a separate written license agreement from us. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Unauthorized Commercial Use Fee

If you use any Content for commercial purposes without written permission, you agree to pay a fee equal to five (5) times the standard commercial licensing rate for the applicable use, or $2,500 USD, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to pursue additional legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and recovery of legal fees.

4. Copyright and Ownership

All photographs remain the exclusive property of the photographer. You do not acquire any ownership rights through purchase or download. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to revoke your license and/or take legal action if you violate these terms. By using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or images after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
